What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician - Ironwood Apartments position at Pedcor Homes?
We have an immediate opening for Apartment Maintenance Technician. We are seeking a customer-service individual with an upbeat, positive and "can do" attitude. General responsibilities include fulfilling service requests; apartment punch; general plumbing; general electrical; pool operations; grounds; and assisting with snow removal. Ability to work Monday to Friday. Shared on-call responsibility is required. Must have valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and car insurance. 1 year of previous apartment maintenance experience preferred. HVAC certification is preferred. CPO Certification preferred.
