Maintenance Technician - Riverwood Apartments

We have an immediate opening for a part-time Apartment Maintenance Technician. We are seeking a customer-service oriented individual with a high level of professionalism; upbeat; positive, "can do" and team player attitude; and an eye for detail. General responsibilities include fulfilling service requests; apartment grounds; apartment punch; make readies; general plumbing; general electrical; general construction repairs; drywall repair; grounds; and debris removal . Ability to handle large projects. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. On-call responsibility is required. Weekend availability is preferred. May have to work some holidays. Must have valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and car insurance. A minimum of 1 years apartment maintenance experience required. HVAC certification are a plus, but not required. CPO certification preferred.
