Dishwasher

Peddie Food Service seeks a Dishwasher for its full-service dining hall. Reporting to the Receiving Steward, the Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining the Dish Room and all areas for cleanliness and sanitation. This is a part-time position with a pay range of $16-$17 per hour.

• Responsible for washing pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc., and the storage of wares
• Responsible for set-up and break-down of dish washing unit
• Responsible for sweeping and mopping of floors, walk-ins and storage rooms
• Responsible for disposing of garbage and recycling in proper manner
• Fills milk and ice machines
• Assists in cleaning stock rooms
• Helps deliver Commissary orders
• Makes beverages and sets up pitchers needed for Family-Style dinners
• Helps the receiver to put away products
• Completes any assigned task given by Management Team

• Must have basic language, reading, math and communication skills
• Availability to work in shifts, during weekends and evenings
• Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks, as needed
• Time management skills
• Attention to detail and sanitation rules

Salary : $16 - $17
