Responsibilities:
- Deliver product to and pick up from specified locations.
- Develop and maintain an organized and efficient loading and unloading system. (example 3 points of contact)
- Unload merchandise according to customers’ requests
- Verify all items listed on the work order or sales ticket are loaded and delivered.
- Provide the customer with an accurate sales ticket and collect payment if needed.
- Communicate safe storage and handling procedures to customers.
- Follow all HACCP, SQF and OSHA rules and regulations.
Qualifications
Physical Requirements:
- Safely drive trucks/vans to customers and meet scheduled customer delivery times.
- Carefully unload products from the trailer with a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place in designated customer storage areas.
- Verify accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signatures.
- Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable.
- Professionally perform customer service responsibilities to enhance our client experience.
- Must be able to lift 50 to 75 pounds.
Salary : $18 - $22
