Salary Range: $66,000.00 - $66,000.00 Commission/year
Description
Toyota Parts Counterperson
This is a full-time position Tuesday- Saturday 66K Annually DOE
Responsibilities
- Use Snap On electronic cataloging to look up parts.
- Work with DealerTrack, DMS and Xtime estimating for billing and inventory management.
- Work with customers and technicians to get correct parts for repairs
- Assist customers with their concerns.
- Answer phones
- Place special order requests for customers
- Follow up with orders and backorders to insure parts arrive in a timely manner
- Stock inventory
- Keep parts department clean and orderly.
- Perform training as necessary for certifications.
- Assist with shipping and receiving when needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry.
Qualifications
Requirements
- 5 years automotive parts counter experience. Dealership experience a plus
- Clean driving record and a valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented, have a professional appearance and strong work ethic
