Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage appointment schedules for patients, ensuring optimal utilization of time slots.
- Verify insurance information and assist patients with any inquiries regarding their coverage.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient questions and concerns promptly.
- Review charges with patients and collect payments.
- Support the dental receptionist team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to facilitate seamless patient care.
- Ensure all scheduling systems are updated regularly to reflect changes and cancellations.
- Occasional travel to Mankato office.
