We are seeking a Pediatric Administrative Receptionist to join our team! This is a 100% patient-focused role. Exceptional customer service skills and personal willingness to go the extra mile to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction is required. This position is essential to ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction being the first and last impression of our practice. In this position, you will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to provide exemplary patient satisfaction and drive company success. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong history of reliability, an engaging personality, an unmatched enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service, is friendly/helpful, has a positive and outgoing personality, strong work ethic, the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced team environment and have previous patient/customer service and administrative/receptionist experience, preferably in a pediatric or healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exemplary patient satisfaction and contribute to high team morale!
- Consistently, warmly and engagingly greet and assist onsite patients with eye contact and extreme politeness and professionalism.
- Understand the importance of customer service and the ability to make a positive impact each day.
- Consistently, without error, verify insurance, collect co-pays/deductible/balances, verify demographics, and schedule follow-up appointments.
- Ability to navigate and document patient information in an electronic medical record. (i.e. EMR, EHR)
- Ensure patient-specific forms are distributed and collected consistently.
- Assist multiple clinicians with various administrative tasks/forms/responsibilities. (faxing, indexing, scanning, seeking referrals, prior authorizations, etc.)
- Execute organized filing/scanning documents/indexing documents into patient records.
- Ability to work flexible hours, some weekends.
- Awareness of HIPAA compliance.
- Plan and schedule patient appointments.
