Pediatric Advanced Therapy, the largest pediatric outpatient therapy clinic in the Carolinas, is seeking a part-time Bilingual Clinical Assistant (Spanish/English) to join our team. The clinical assistant works directly for our location directors and will assist with many aspects of the clinical operation. The ideal candidate will be organized, friendly and able to multi-task in a busy environment. The part-time position is for approximately 16-20 hours/week and will be based out of our Huntersville, NC clinic at 16415 Northcross Drive Huntersville, NC 28078.
Desired Schedule:
- Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 2 - 6 p.m.
- Tuesday/Thursday: 2:30-6:30 p.m.
Bilingual Clinical Assistant Job Responsibilities:
- Order supplies needed for testing and treatment
- Translate post-therapy conversations between Spanish-speaking parents and therapists
- Maintain cleaning supplies in treatment spaces
- Replace batteries, broken items
- Assist clinical leadership team with projects around the clinic
- Support in treatment sessions as needed
- Monitor cleaning checklists for staff
- Assist with quality assurance checks as needed
- Schedule annual reviews with leadership and therapists
- Update charts and forms as needed
- Copies, laminating, etc.
- Unpacking and putting away clinical supplies
Bilingual Clinical Assistant Ideal Candidate:
- Enjoys working with children and families and is sensitive to the needs of special needs children
