What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Front Office Receptionist position at Pediatric and Adolescent Dentistry?
We are expanding our pediatric dental administrative team!
The ideal team member is experienced with the pace of the dental office environment as well as the dynamics of a small office team. Excellent communication skills and a knack for delivering exceptional customer service are appreciated. Pay will be commensurate with dental experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone with professionalism and courtesy.
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar efficiently.
- Verify insurance information and process patient payments accurately.
