- Monitors and ensures compliance with proper vaccine storage and handling conditions, including temperature control, to maintain vaccine efficacy and safety.
- Monitors and ensures the sustained maintenance and regulatory compliance of the Vaccines for Children program and other back-office programs.
- Conducts regular audits of vaccine and medication inventory to proactively prevent shortages or the use of expired products, maintaining adequate supplies for patient care.
- Regularly inspects and assesses the functionality of the temperature alarm system to promptly address any issues and maintain the integrity of temperature-sensitive medical supplies.
- Oversees and ensures the safe administration of vaccines and medications, adhering to established protocols and safety precautions.
- Responds to any inquiries and concerns related to clinical policies, providing clear and informative explanations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitors the availability and functionality of DME Nebulizer closets, ensuring that necessary equipment is accessible and in alignment with Value-Based Care contracts.
- Monitors the usage and availability of interpretation services for patients with language barriers, ensuring effective communication between healthcare providers and patients.
- Implements new operational procedures, action plans, and quality initiatives to obtain optimum efficiency. Participate in continuous process improvement.
- Collaborates with the integrations team and other internal departments for the transition of newly acquired practices to coordinate clinical virtual support services.
- Effectively communicates issues and collaborates with Practice Managers, Team Leads, Regional Leaders, and other departmental leads regarding resolutions.
- Ensures strict adherence to all healthcare regulations, standards, and privacy guidelines, maintaining the confidentiality and security of patient information.

Qualifications
EDUCATION:
- Associate degree required. Experience may be commensurate with education.
- Healthcare experience required. Experience in clinical services coordination preferred.
- RN or LVN License required.
- Medical Assistant diploma or certification with 4 years of MA experience may be commensurate.
- Strong knowledge of local healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, grammar, spelling, and punctuation to type correspondence.
- Skills in operating a computer, using EMR and Microsoft applications.
- Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to speak clearly and concisely.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, employees and the public.
- Non-patient facing.
- Full-time remote/telework with some in-person meetings required.
- Travel to various locations across the region and country as needed.
