Responsibilities
- In collaboration with practice manager and practice partners, oversees overall clinic schedule templates and patient-care operations
- Directly oversees clinical personnel, functions, and operations.
- Works in conjunction with practice manager to ensure compliance with Rural Health Designation requirements
- Manages immunization program, vaccine administration and Vaccine for Children Coordinator
- Responsible for scheduling of back office nursing and medical assistant staff, implementing nursing staff policy, clinical routines, and ensuring training and compliance of other nursing / medical assistant personnel.
- Performs regular back office duties in conjunction with the supervisory role.
- Prepares evaluations for presentation to the Manager and Providers.
- Oversees supply and medical equipment purchases.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse, LPN or LVN
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in leadership positions
Outstanding customer service
Must be able to work full-time
Spanish-speaking skills desired but not required
