BEAUTIFUL WHIDBEY ISLAND - Pediatric Associates of Whidbey Island (PAWI), an independent, designated rural health pediatric clinic, seeks a BC / BE pediatrician (DO / MD). FT / PT opportunity available. We belong to Seattle Children's Care Network, an accountable care organization. We are a Center of Excellence for Autism, offer integrated behavioral health, and use a pediatric-specific EMR (PCC). We partner with our community to be active child and youth advocates. We are the only pediatric practice on Whidbey Island and in the catchment area of a military base, serving families with all Medicaid plans, all Tricare plans, and commercial insurances. Our mission at PAWI is to grow and nurture all of Whidbey Island’s youth from newborns to young adults. We provide compassionate and evidence-based medical care tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient and family. PAWI's vision is to be an effective and compassionate team that supports our patients to become the best version of themselves, for the betterment of the community. Part-time salary starts at $120K / yr with opportunity for greater earning based on productivity and bonuses with flexible scheduling depending on number of days worked per week.
