Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of pediatric patients, including physical examinations and medical histories.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and evidence-based practices.
- Perform diagnostic tests, interpret results, and provide appropriate treatment recommendations.
- Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care in outpatient settings.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
