What You'll Be Doing
Keeping things moving! You’ll ensure tasks are completed efficiently, so our patients receive the best care. Problem-solving & teamwork. Identify workflow bottlenecks, collaborate with the team, and clear obstacles.
Decision-making. Prioritize in-progress tasks, make critical workflow decisions, and reduce delays.
Continuous improvement. Lead exercises to document, refine, and enhance office operations.
Educating & assisting parents, guardians, and patients. Answering questions, explaining processes, and ensuring a smooth patient experience.
Managing insurance correspondence. Keeping records updated, verifying coverage, and communicating with providers.
Preparing clinical information. Ensuring our clinical team has everything they need for seamless patient care.
