Pediatric Dentistry of Keller, a one of a kind PRIVATE PRACTICE DENTAL OFFICE, is looking for a knowledgable, detailed oriented and highly organized insurance coordinator / billing specialist.
This is a FULL TIME POSITION for an individual with a strong working knowledge of dental front office tasks particularly with DENTAL INSURANCE BILLING and ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE / COLLECTIONS procedures.
You will have an energetic and supportive team around you to help you get up to speed and to help with any challenging claims or calls.

Skills/Requirements:
- Experienced in dental practice management software (Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, etc)
- Managing patient files (patient forms, attachments, faxes, letters etc.)
- Insurance: Verification, EOBs, Collections, Communication
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Strong Communication skills
- Knowledge of dental terminology
- Ability to multi-task and attention to detail
- High ethical standards
- Ability to work independently and confidently in the front office
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Insurance and patient billing communications
- Management of patient ledgers / balances
- Coordinate financial agreements for outstanding balances
- Run practice management reports for doctor as requested (focus will be accounts receivable report, accurate inputting of collected payments and appointments for the unscheduled treatment list)
- Assist with other office duties as requested or needed.
Pay is highly competitive and negotiable based on experience and skillset.
MUST have a minimum of ONE year experience in the dental field.
