Key Responsibilities
- Meet daily and weekly quotas to source candidates for open Special Education positions.
- Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through social media and other outlets.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with other team members to align recruitment efforts with organizational needs.
- Accurately track and document all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and efficiently.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations with composure.
- Proficiency in Gmail Suite, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other office software.
- Experience in the field of Special Education/General Education is preferred but not required.**
