What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Assistant - Part-Time - Weekend Evening Hours position at Pediatric Health Care Alliance?
We are currently looking for an experienced a clinical professional (CMA or LPN) to join our Brandon evening hours clinic:
Evening Hours Per Position:
- Monday - Friday: 6pm - 9pm
- Saturday /Sundays: 4pm-7pm
Additional shifts may be requested to work at other surrounding areas as needed.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Prior medical experience required, preferably in pediatrics.
- Computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows
- Strong customer service skills and positive attitude.
- LPNs must be licensed.
- MAs must possess a nationally accredited certification or be able to obtain a certification within 90 days of hire.
Essential Functions:
Clinical Duties: Perform vitals, administer injections and immunizations, assist with triaging, urinalysis, well visits, rooming patients, and many other day to day back office responsibilities.
