- Position: Admissions Supervisor
- Location: Richardson, TX
- Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
THE POSITION
Our Admissions Supervisor cares for an exceptional team who is committed to superior customer service and teamwork with results that speak for themselves!
- Work in a fantastic culture that has teamwork, respect and community
- Work with others who value excellence in patient care by ensuring accuracy and compassion for new admissions and supporting documentation needs
- Supervise and coordinate new patient intakes and follow up
- Provide daily procedural direction and problem resolution to staff
- Perform a variety of audits and create work instructions
- Deliver regular performance feedback and assign work to staff
- Other special projects that will drive the growth and development of the staff and the department
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- High level of initiative
- Supervisory/management experience a plus
- One year of Admissions experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical coding a plus
- Experience with Brightree preferred
