Ideal candidates will be proficient in various tasks including patient preparation, scheduling, and assisting providers during procedures. If you have a strong background in Electronic Medical Records, phlebotomy (IV experience preferred), and exceptional communication skills, we want to hear from you!

What We're Looking For:
- Expert proficiency in Electronic Medical Records
- Phlebotomy experience (IV experience preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- LVN/RN with an esthetics background preferred
- Ability to multitask and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic attitude
- Detail-oriented problem solver with exceptional customer service skills
- Med Spa/Dermatology experience is preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Compassionate and caring approach towards patients and coworkers

General Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians/NPs in various tasks
- Patient scheduling and phone call management
- Room patients and prepare for exams and esthetic services
- Use EMR to input medical histories and prescriptions
- Perform patient treatments within the scope of Pediatrics and Wellness Spa
- Collect lab specimens and notify patients of results
- Assist with new patient scheduling and follow-up appointments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms
- Participate in training and adhere to policies and procedures
- Weekend hours are mandatory but variable and prescheduled
