Job Description: Pediatric Home Health Scheduler

- Scheduling Coordinator
- Serving as the liaison between the agency, client caregiver and PDN Nurse
- Assigning home health nurses to different households
- Customer service skills
- Marketing skills
- Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office programs, Kantime, Excel
- Highly organized
- Multitasking skills
- Planning and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- May work with outside health providers to coordinate certain types of care
Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage the flow of patient care
- Ensure that quality service is provided, and patient satisfaction is met
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Ensure that all objectives and goals of the program are met
- Ensure that patients and caregivers are satisfied with their services
- Keep daily records and reports
- Mon - Fri 8a - 5p and weekends as needed.
- Pay range is $15hr - $17hr negotiable
Salary : $15 - $17
