Skills Required:
- Pediatric Private Duty Nurse LVN or RN
- Experience with a G-tube
Job Summary:
The LVN or RN will be responsible for providing nursing care to a 13 y/o male and weighs roughly 70lbs. Client has a G-tube and Bi-pap. Client is non verbal and non ambulatory. Client is incontinent. There are no pets in the home.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor the patient's condition and vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Provide emotional support to the patient and their family
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the patient's needs are met
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Communicate effectively with the patient, their family, and other healthcare professionals
Qualifications:
- Active LVN/RN license in the state of Texas
- Experience working with non - verbal patient
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skill
