Position Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and enthusiastic Pediatric Dental Treatment Coordinator / Financial Coordinator to be the treatment and billing point of contact for our patients and their families. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for children, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating a welcoming and efficient office environment as well as a bubbly positive CAN DO attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet patients and families upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
· Schedule and confirm appointments.
· Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and manage patient records.
· Verify insurance benefits/breakdowns to facilitate treatment case presentation.
* Financial Coordinator in charge of presenting treatment plans from start to finish.
· Manage office emails and Unique Scheduling appointment requests.
· Process billing and insurance claims. Including collecting copays at the time of the visit.
· Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Sending Bills to patients
· Educate patients and parents on dental procedures and post-visit care.
· Coordinate with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dental office or pediatric setting is preferred.
- Proven successful dental treatment case presentation.
- Ability to take initiative and go above and beyond to help problem solve
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in dental software systems (e.g., CareStack, Dentrix, Eaglesoft).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bilingual (Strongly preferred)
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of dental terminology (preferred but willing to train).
