Pediatric Therapeutic Services (PTS) is committed to delivering comprehensive, education-based therapy services. We are currently seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our team, as we strive to embrace, inspire, and challenge every student, every day.
Position Overview:
As a BCBA at PTS, you will play a crucial role in supporting students within a school setting. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting initial and ongoing educational and behavior assessments.
- Developing and maintaining high-quality treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Creating and supervising positive behavior support interventions for Tier 1 – 3.
- Participating in multi-disciplinary meetings to assist in developing Individual Education Plans.
- Collaborating effectively with other disciplines to meet the diverse needs of all students.
- Ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, State Board of Education rules, and School District policies.
