We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team of experienced professionals who share this commitment.

About the Role:

  • This is a fantastic opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing school-based services to students with varying levels of need.
  • You will have the chance to participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contribute to the development of student IEPs, and collaborate with teachers to design and implement tailored learning plans.
  • We offer a competitive rate with reimbursement for documentation, meeting attendance, and report writing, making it an attractive option for independent contractors.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Implement evidence-based therapy approaches and strategies to address student deficits and improve overall functioning.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to design and implement inclusive learning environments that promote socialization and participation.
  • Conduct regular progress monitoring and assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with parents, educators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and school policies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • PDE Teacher Certification
  • Child Abuse, Federal, and State Clearances
  • CF's are welcome to apply
