About Us :
We are a growing outpatient practice on Maui serving a great need in our community. We provide high quality Physical, Occupational, and ABA Therapy services to children of all ages and abilities and are looking for someone to join our Patient Services team who shares our passion for helping children. As part of our administrative team, you will be point of contact for our new families and helping to ensure their scheduling needs are met. The ideal candidate will be kind, compassionate, flexible, a great listener, team player, and pay meticulous attention to detail.In our clinic, we value a culture of 'Ohana (family), honesty, integrity, and clear communication. Responsibilities :
Answer phone calls, using your amazing communication skills and create rapport with our familiesHelp new families through our intake process in order for their children to become patientsGreet patients and family and make them feel welcomeEnsure patient information is up-to-date and verifiedCheck out families as they leave and make sure they understand our policies and procedures, and know their upcoming appointment dates and timesSchedule patients according to their agreed upon plan of care and appointment type needed, utilizing your strong organizational skillsManage therapists' calendars efficiently and effectively, and help them maintain full schedulesEnsure all new patients are getting scheduled and arriving for their appointmentsHelp educate families on why therapy is important and how it can help their childReview our policies and procedures with our families to make sure we are all on the same pageAssist our families however possible to help them arrive on time for their appointmentsArrange translation services for families who need this assistanceHelp keep the clinic clean, organized, and comfortable for our kiddos, families, and staffMake sure supervisor and colleagues are up-to-speed and on the same page with all front desk updates and communicationMaintain positive working relationships and clear channels of communication with colleagues and clientsDetails :
