Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive evaluations, re-evaluations, and therapeutic interventions based on evidence-based practices and preferred therapy standards. You will work closely with a collaborative team to design personalized treatment plans that promote growth and development for each child and their family.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the developmental needs of children from birth to 18 years of age.
- Develop individualized therapy plans that align with the child’s goals and family preferences.
- Deliver targeted interventions and therapies in line with best practice guidelines to support the child’s development in areas such as fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-regulation, and daily living skills.
- Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure the most effective care.
- Provide ongoing progress monitoring and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

- Active occupational therapy licensure in the state of Florida.
- Previous pediatric experience or completion of a pediatric internship is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
