As a member of our team, you will provide exceptional care to newborns and their families, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of specialists to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
Job Description
- Provide primary and secondary medical care to newborns and premature infants in the NICU
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
Requirements
- Current certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
- Minimum of a master's degree
- Completion of a Neonatal PA training program or current PA experience in a Neonatal ICU
