The ideal candidate will have a current APRN national specialty certification and a minimum of a master's degree. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to neonates and their families in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities: • Cover level II NICU in Weslaco, TX with the ability to rotate through level III NICU• Level-III units feature state-of-the-art capabilities, including high-frequency ventilation and nitric oxide capabilities• Work 24-hour shifts with a round-and-go model• Enjoy block scheduling and flexible work arrangements
