About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team of experienced clinicians. As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, you will provide high-quality patient care to newborns and their families in a Level II NICU setting. You will work closely with our team of neonatologists and pediatric hospitalists to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to newborns and their families in a Level II NICU setting
- Collaborate with our team of neonatologists and pediatric hospitalists to develop and implement individualized plans of care
- Perform routine assessments and interventions as needed to promote optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to the development of unit policies and procedures
