Neonatal Nurse Practitioner - Level II NICU

This is a unique opportunity for a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Midland Memorial Hospital, in partnership with Pediatrix Medical Group. Our Level II NICU provides exceptional care to newborns and their families, with a collaborative approach between two Neonatologists and one NNP.
Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality patient care in our Level II NICU. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neonatology and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to newborns and their families in the Level II NICU
- Collaborate with Neonatologists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct routine assessments and evaluations of patients to identify any potential complications or concerns
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and care provided
Qualifications
- Current APRN national specialty certification
- Minimum of a master's degree
