Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (PT/Hourly)
We have an exciting opportunity for a certified per diem Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our practice in Winter Haven Women's Hospital, part of the BayCare Health System.
- The hospital is the area's premier health facility dedicated to the unique needs of women and newborns.
- We provide services at a Level-II NICU with 236 annual NICU admissions.
- The neonatal nurse practitioner will work in conjunction with two physicians in a collaborative practice setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care to newborns and their families in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on assessment of patient needs.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
Qualifications
- Current APRN national specialty certification.
- Master's degree required; DNP or Ph.D. preferred.
- FL license required.
- Recent experience in level II NICU highly desired.
