Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team. Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing and treating critically ill newborns and infants
- Mentoring, teaching, and training pediatric residents
- Providing 24/7 coverage with a 3-physician, 4 NNP team
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A current APRN national specialty certification
- A minimum of a master's degree
Benefits and Compensation
This is a competitive compensation package that includes:
- A base salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
