We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Neonatal Physician Assistant to join our team at Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital. As a member of our neonatology practice, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical care to newborns and premature infants in the NICU
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical guidelines
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists to deliver coordinated care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
Requirements
- Current certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
- Minimum of a master's degree
- Completion of a Neonatal PA training program or current PA experience in a Neonatal ICU
