Position: Part-Time Medical Assistant (32-36 hours/week)
Locations: North, Northwest, and Western Suburbs of Chicago
- North: Bannockburn, Winnetka, Gurnee, Highland Park, Lake Forest
- Northwest: Barrington, Crystal Lake, Libertyville, Vernon Hills
- Western: Batavia, Hinsdale, Schaumburg, Wheaton
One rotating Saturday per month required

Your Responsibilities:
- Perform vital signs, room patients, and gather specimens.
- Document necessary information in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Collect specimens, perform in-office lab testing, and prepare specimens for outside labs.
- Assist with in-office patient procedures per protocol and training.
- Contribute to the daily upkeep of office space and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to ensure the highest quality of care.
- Demonstrate and support PediaTrust Core Values.
What We’re Looking For:
- Two years of Medical Assistant Experience.
- Current Illinois Medical Assistant certification and CPR certification.
- Experience in pediatrics is a plus.
- Strong assessment, clinical, and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (Epic preferred).
- Ability to travel within the assigned local locations.
