Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, perform comprehensive assessments, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. This role requires a strong commitment to patient wellness and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide pediatric primary and preventive care
• Provide pediatric acute care services such as management of common pediatric acute illnesses, chronic conditions and minor trauma
• Record medical history, provide physical examinations and follow-up care
• Works well with Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Onsite training available
• Provide individual patient instruction in accordance to prescribe treatment plan
• Prescribe appropriate medication to patients as needed according to medical protocols and standard medical practice
• Identify psychological and emotional problems
• Adhere to Quality Improvement guidelines and participates in Quality Improvement programs
• Participate in Provider meetings as required

Qualifications and Skills

• Current license in the state of Texas
• New graduates can apply

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, PRN

Pay: $75.00 per hour
