Description : Job Purpose :
Call center representatives provide exceptional customer service by assisting callers with questions about company services or products. Using communication scripts, they handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and register patients, all while adhering to company policies and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Deliver outstanding customer service to foster satisfaction and strong relationships.
- Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
- Consistently uphold stellar customer service skills in all interactions.
- Answer calls with a welcoming and professional greeting, addressing patient questions (excluding medical advice) and directing calls appropriately.
- Register patients over the phone, ensuring accurate information is collected for their medical records.
- Schedule appointments for telemedicine and in-office visits as needed.
- Maintain phone availability and ensure no unattended calls.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
