Position: Detailing Technician

Job Overview:
As a Detailing Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-tier detailing services, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, ceramic coatings, and paint corrections. You will work directly with customer vehicles on-site, maintaining professional standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer interaction. Be able to handle hot weather.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough interior and exterior detailing of vehicles, including vacuuming, cleaning windows, washing, waxing, polishing, and paint correction.
• Apply specialized products such as ceramic coatings and paint protection.
• Follow company procedures and guidelines for detailing processes, including pre-wash, hand wash, and post-cleaning inspections.
• Utilize pressure washers, foam cannons, vacuums, and other equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting expectations and delivering excellent service.
• Communicate professionally and build rapport with customers, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized mobile unit, ensuring all tools and products are in good condition.
• Perform equipment inspections and maintenance logs at the start of each day.
• Uphold Pedro's Detailing hygiene and uniform standards, including wearing branded shirts and maintaining grooming standards.

Requirements:

• Experience in automotive detailing (preferred but not required; training provided).
• Looking for long-term position in the company.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for cars.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks associated with detailing.
