Job Summary: The Executive Assistant/HR Administrator will provide high-level administrative support to executives while managing essential HR functions. This dual-role position requires a detail-oriented, resourceful individual with excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant Duties:
- Provide administrative support to executive leadership, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Bookkeeping and financial management of payables and receivables
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Organized and maintained confidential company records and documents.
- Serves as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Perform general office management tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining office organization.
HR Administrator Duties:
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Coordinate employee benefits, payroll administration, and HR-related inquiries.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support company culture and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance management.
- Handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, HR Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
