MANAGER OPTICIAN -IMMEDIATE OPENING -EXPERIENCED ONLY

We are seeking a self-starting, goal-oriented HIGHLY EXPERIENCED Optician Manager ,to join our team in or Damascus location. The ideal candidate must be experienced and highly skilled optician who thrives working independently, manages their time efficiently, and is motivated to exceed expectations. ABO Certification is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional optical services with impeccable attention to detail
• Manage day-to-day optical operations
• Assist customers in selecting eyewear, fitting lenses and frames with precision
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals
• Maintain accurate patient records and process orders efficiently
• Ensure inventory is managed and displays are maintained

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an optician, with impeccable technical and customer service skills
• Strong sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Highly motivated self-starter, comfortable working independently
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Familiarity with Eyefinity is a plus
• Working knowledge of major vision plans (e.g., VSP, EyeMed, Spectera, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
