Job Description:
- This position will troubleshoot existing software, configurations, and associated interfaces
- Interact with internal and external customers, law enforcement agency partners and third-party vendors.
- It will also provide support for data exchanges, including Open Data providing technical support of any critical system change, upgrade, migration, and implementation.
- Applicants must have experience in Linux, TSQL/SQL, Message Queue (IBM MQ) and Shell scripting.
- Advanced knowledge of troubleshooting Law Enforcement Critical Systems and Interfaces.
- Database development experience is needed, as well as writing SQL queries and stored procedures.
- The responsibilities include those of a systems analyst that must be able to support applications and interfaces.
- At least 3 years would be preferred and previous experience Supporting and Troubleshooting Law Enforcement Systems and Interfaces is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related field.
- Other combinations of experience and education, which meet the minimum requirements, may be substituted.
- Law enforcement experience is a plus.
