Job Description :
End client is seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and experienced IT Project Manager to join their team on a contractor basis.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cyber Security and IAM projects, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other Project Managers across the organization. A proven track record in cyber-security is a significant advantage.
As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
You will oversee project teams, ensure client satisfaction, and manage all aspects of project delivery from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Planning and Management :
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive project plans that align customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel throughout all phases.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Stakeholder Collaboration :
Work closely with other Project Managers to ensure alignment and integration of projects across the organization.
Provide timely updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
Resource Management :
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
Allocate and track project resources, ensuring optimal utilization and productivity.
Risk Management :
Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks and issues.
Develop contingency plans to address potential obstacles and ensure project continuity.
Quality Assurance :
Ensure all projects meet the highest quality standards.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Technical Expertise :
Leverage IT infrastructure and Cyber Security experience to guide and support project teams, ensuring robust security measures are implemented where needed.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT project management, with expertise in IT infrastructure and Cyber Security / IAM.
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (PMP certification is a plus).
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
