Job Description:
- End Client is seeking skilled engineers with experience in the implementation of Multi-Agent Orchestration Frameworks to join their team.
- This role focuses on developing frameworks for agent communication and coordination, contributing to the creation of commercial-grade products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Multi-Agent Orchestration Frameworks to enable seamless agent communication and coordination.
- Build scalable, commercial-grade products leveraging Python and UI technologies.
- Work on diffusion models to enhance and transform Customer Experience (CX).
- Fine-tune Reasoning Models (R1 or Automated Reasoning) for improved decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in AI-driven solutions.
- Conduct research and development on next-generation AI frameworks.
- Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python and UI development.
- Experience in Multi-Agent Systems and Agent-Orchestration Frameworks.
- Background in building commercial-grade AI products.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's (MS) or Ph.D. from a Tier 1 school
- Experience implementing Diffusion Models for CX enhancement and transformation.
- Strong understanding of Automated Reasoning (R1) models and experience fine-tuning them.
- Knowledge of distributed AI systems and their real-world applications.
