Job Description:
- A functional/technical person that can build new saved searches and reports, KPI's, Dashboards, manage, suite analytics, and implement configurations and customizations in NetSuite
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain NetSuite saved searches, custom reports, KPI's, and dashboards to meet business needs.
- Manage and implement SuiteAnalytics solutions to enable enhanced data insights and reporting capabilities.
- Configure and customize NetSuite modules, including fields, workflows, scripts, and user roles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into NetSuite solutions.
- Provide end-user support, training, and documentation on newly implemented features or reports.
- Monitor and maintain NetSuite system performance, ensuring high availability and responsiveness.
- Design and implement custom workflows, SuiteScripts (1.0/2.0), and automation to optimize business processes.
- Manage NetSuite user roles and permissions, ensuring proper access control and security.
- Assist with NetSuite data migration, data imports, and data clean-up as needed.
- Develop and maintain custom NetSuite dashboards to provide actionable business insights.
- Perform regular system audits and upgrades to ensure smooth NetSuite performance.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to align NetSuite functionalities with business processes.
- Stay up to date with NetSuite releases, SuiteApp integrations, and best practices.
