Position Overview
PSAND is seeking a collaborative and results-driven Implementation Consultant to support and guide the successful rollout of key projects across the state in alignment with an awarded SAMHSA Statewide Consumer Network grant, targeting the development of peer support infrastructure in North Dakota. Under the direction of the Program Director, this contract role will focus on planning, coordinating, and executing implementation strategies that promote community connection and program success.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess current project capacities, timelines, and readiness to inform strategy.
- Lead implementation planning and execution to ensure successful project rollout.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with peers, providers, and organizational partners.
- Oversee day-to-day project operations and coordinate team involvement where needed.
- Track progress, address key issues, and communicate updates to the board, advisory council, and stakeholders.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or greater preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in nonprofit, consulting, or project management roles.
- Proven track record of successful program implementation and team coordination.
- While not required, experience as a Peer Support Training Specialist is considered an advantage.________________________________________
