About The Job:
As a Client Relationship Coordinator, your main responsibilities will include:
- Conducting warm, strategic outbound calls to cultivate business opportunities.
- Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities to achieve business goals and metrics.
- Utilizing CRM software accurately and efficiently to maintain organized and up-to-date records.
- Collaborating with external supplier partners and internal customer support representatives.
- Securing orders to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- Scheduling impactful web presentations to assess and address customer needs.
- Preparing and distributing sales and marketing materials to support strategic outreach.
- Building comprehensive lead lists to support sales and marketing campaigns
- Developing and executing automation content and multistep cadence processes to support prospecting efforts.
- Play an integral role in marketing operations and account management, learning the ropes to ensure long-term success in the role.
Key Qualifications:
- High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and self-directed work ethic.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strategic, results-oriented mindset with demonstrated business acumen.
- Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and relationship building.
- Familiarity with CRM systems; knowledge of automation tools is a plus.
- Strong technology and phone skills, with proficiency in platforms like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Google, MS Office, and Zoom.
- Ability to adhere to defined sales processes for consistency and efficiency.
- Flexibility and adaptability to excel in a dynamic work environment.
- Collaborative team player with a focus on achieving shared goals.
Education and Experience:
- 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Outbound Sales, and/or Lead Generation.
- Background in Technical Sales is preferred but not required.
- Goal-oriented individual with a systematic approach to sales and marketing operations.
- Comfortable learning new tools and processes to enhance performance.
Salary:
- $40,000 - $50,000 Annually
- Incentives and/or Bonuses Offered Quarterly
