About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated, results oriented Outbound Inside Sales Representative to drive new business opportunities and expand our market reach. This role is ideal for a proactive and persistent sales professional who thrives in lead generation, strategic outreach, and warm lead handoffs to the Sales Team.
About The Job:
As an Outbound Inside Sales Representative, you will be a sales hunter, responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers who may not yet be familiar with Peerless, or need a better understanding of our offerings. You will have strong communication skills and play a key role in managing and growing a pipeline of leads, utilizing a systematic and consistent sales approach, and adding the human touch while incorporating automated sales and CRM tools.
Main responsibilities will include:
· Proactively conduct outbound calls (80-90%) and outreach to generate and nurture new business leads.
· Identify and qualify prospects to create sales leads for the Sales Team.
· Utilize CRM tools to track, manage, and maintain accurate lead data.
· Research and build targeted prospect lists using digital platforms and market insights.
· Develop and execute multi-step sales cadences to engage potential clients effectively.
· Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine outreach strategies.
· Schedule and conduct engaging web presentations to showcase the company’s value propositions.
· Stay current with industry trends, sales channels, and service offerings to enhance outbound sales efforts.
· Provide insights and feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and lead generation effectiveness.
Key Qualifications:
· Proven track record of consistently generating and qualifying leads that convert into opportunities.
· Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to follow structured sales processes.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence potential clients.
· Proficiency with CRM systems and automation tools to optimize outreach efforts.
· Strong technology skills, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Zoom.
· Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
· Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with sales and marketing teams.
Education and Experience:
· 1 years of experience in Inside Sales, Outbound Sales, and/or Lead Generation.
· Goal-oriented individual with a systematic approach to sales and marketing operations.
Salary:
- $40,000 - $50,000 Annually
- Incentives and/or Bonuses Offered Quarterly
