We are expanding and presently opening 3 new offices in Dade, Broward & Palm Beach and hiring 5 Expert Canvass Manager/Team Leads, immediately.

HOW WE PAY

Canvass Managers Yearly Income = $182k/year average

As a Canvass Manager Team Lead you gain commissions off your own leads and the team you manager and are based on our high contracts, averaging $25k/sale (Over $60MM installed in 2024). This is where your income skyrockets with us when your leads are taken care of the right way by the right supportive team to service your efforts to make you $$ high income for financially driven experts.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of outside sales and/or professional canvasser experience
• Must be Upbeat, Outgoing and Self Motivated
• Must have cell phone
• Must be able to stand & walk
• Must be able to work in the sun
• Must have valid Florida Driver’s License
• No Drug Tests / NO BACKGROUND CHECKS

Responsibilities

• Oversee your canvassing team to generate leads for home improvement projects.
• Train and supervise canvassing teams to ensure effective communication and appointment setting techniques.
• Engage with potential customers through door-to-door interactions, utilizing negotiation skills to set appointments that our Expert Sales Team goes to and who are trained to close on the first visit and increase your income.
• You must get to & from our offices in Weston/Davie
