Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecommunications Sales Associate to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities for Our Next Telecommunications Sales Associate:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by using our lead network and CRM software
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing solutions to enhance their telecommunications experience
- Present and demonstrate our range of telecommunications products and services to potential and existing clients
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations based on individual preferences and needs
- Negotiate and close sales deals, achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Provide excellent post-sales support, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally and in accordance with the compliance guidelines and standards
Telecommunications Sales Associate Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Strong understanding of telecommunications products and services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
