Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Peerless Technologies Corporation. Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and executed effectively.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Utilize project management software to track milestones, budgets, and timelines.
- Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to communicate progress and address any issues that arise.
- Implement quality management processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards.
- Facilitate root cause analysis for any project challenges to improve future performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a relevant field, preferably within government contracting or technology services.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with quality management principles and practices.
- Experience with project management software tools such as Microsoft Project or similar applications.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of Scrum methodologies is a plus.
