What are the responsibilities and job description for the Visual Communications Specialist position at Peerless Technologies Corporation?
Peerless is searching for a candidate that can create NSWC Crane-branded graphics, design business and technical briefings, banners, web graphics, posters, brochures, and technical capability videos for NSWC Crane’s Corporate Communications Office on a reoccurring basis.
- The Contractor shall generate multimedia products that incorporate design, photo, audio, and video elements, and shall research and coordinate content independently.
- The Contractor shall develop, prepare, and edit briefings, covers, brochures, presentations, and posters for distribution to NSWC Command personnel.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilize artistic skills plans to produce a wide variety of technical VI requirements in various forms.
- Select visual information material using the most cost-effective method to best portray the subject matter and meet the requirement.
- Enhance instruction or presentations using related visual information graphic, photo, and/or digital video products.
- Advise clients on the best methods of portraying information through a variety of media products or processes.
- Advise customers by suggesting approaches for achieving most effective training presentations.
- Take photographs and video of items such as construction, geographical areas, flight operations, training exercises, Visits, and/or other official requirements for a variety of end purposes.
